Job Description

Position Summary

The Cage Supervisor is responsible to assist Cage Managers and Cage Cashiers for the efficient management and effective operation of the Cage in accordance with business objectives and the corporate vision. In general the Cage Supervisor, is responsible to undertake cage operations functions and organize shift duty schedule for cashiers.
  Primary Responsibilities

  • To assist Cage Management with establishing the departmental business plan and setting of Key Performance Objectives for the Casino Cage;
  • Assist with the development, implementation and maintenance of business improvement processes which enhance operational systems efficiency;
  • Ensure all duties are performed in strict compliance with relevant policies and procedures Cyprus Gaming Committee;
  • Establish and maintain a strong rapport with our people and our customers;
  • Assist in the Casino’s flow of cash and chips and suggest the purchase of monies and chips as necessary;
  • Manage, coach and develop a direct rapport with staff to ensure performance and succession requirements are met, by identifying training requirements of our people and utilize various management tools, as well as actively participate in the recruitment and selection of appropriate personnel;

Key Performance Indicators

  • Business Plan objectives are met;
  • Performance and succession requirements are met;
  • VIP guests are provided with personalised service which is consistent with expectations;
  • Development of clear and concise policies, procedures and protocols of the Cage operation;
  • Timely and accurate recording of information and statistical analysis of information;
  • Pertaining to the compliance and risk management program and all related matters; 
  • Constructive relationships are built with external contacts, internal customers and team members;
  • Adequate supply of cash and chips available;
Required Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • At least 5 years working experience
  • At lease 2 years experience in a Cashier/ Head Cashier function in gaming industry.
