Job Description

We are looking for a talented and ambitious individual to join our Customer Support team and be the first point of contact for the customer.

Duties:

  • Dealing directly with company’s clients inquires via live chat, email and telephone
  • Handling calls and incoming requests from company’s clients
  • Coordinating with company’s relevant departments to properly and effectively assist clients
  • Informing the clients about company’s KYC procedures
Required Qualifications

·      Native English speaker level is a must

·      1+ years’ experience in customer support with online B2B companies

·      Strong communication skills

·      Excellent computer skills; savvy with new CRM programs and MS Office (Excel)

·      Excellent attention to detail; accurate and efficient with data entry

·      Devoted to give excellent customer care
