Job Description

Crowd Tech Ltd, a Cyprus Investment Firm licensed and regulated by CySEC, is seeking to recruit Polish Customer Support & Retention Managers to join their team in their offices located in Limassol.

Required Qualifications

The role will include the following responsibilities:

  •          Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients in ensuring highest level of service
  •          Contacting the Leads by email and phone in order to explain and promote the Company’s services
  •          Answering queries from leads in their registration process
  •          Instructing Leads how to make their first deposit and introduce payment solution
  •          Providing first level customer support and answering client’s queries regarding the Company, its services, the relevant market and its trading platform.
  •          Follow up leads
  •          Provide training to clients for financial markets and trading
  •          Promote the company’s financial products and services
  •          Develop existing client portfolio to ensure extended life time value and customer satisfaction seen in added deposits and increased trading activities 
  •          Build network of client relationships
  •          Offer marketing materials and promotions to clients via email or telephone
  •          Stay informed about the financial markets in order to spot trends and establish credibility with our clients
  •          To assist in the formation of a comprehensive client retention strategy
Other Requirements

Preferable Experience and Qualifications:

  •          University or College degree in any field
  •          Good communication, presentation and negotiating skills
  •          The ability to work quickly, under pressure and to deadlines
  •          The ability to work to a high degree of accuracy
  •          Knowledge of Polish & English Language – Greek will be considered an advantage
  •          Able to work on own initiative and a good team player
  •          High level of self-motivation
  •          Prior experience in Financial Services, will be considered an advantage
  •          Excellent organizational experience
  •          EU working Permit
  •          Good analytical skills
  •          Good time management
  •          Ideally hold the CySEC licence
