Job Description

Our company is seeking to hire a candidate to join our Back Office team. The ideal candidate will receive full training for the role, therefore experience in a similar position is not necessary however, a background which provides the required skills, an understanding of the MT4 Platform and the FX industry will be considered as an advantage. A university degree or any other relevant qualification is required. Having very good knowledge of MS Excel and Word is required, fluency in English both spoken and written is a must. Other Requirements


-          Initial due diligence on prospect clients, requesting and verification of KYC documents

-          Validate provided documentation with an independent third party electronic verification   

-          Process applications and account creation for new clients in line with the Company’s policies and procedures

-          Accurately recording clients’ information and documents in the Company’s record systems

-          Make necessary modifications on client’s accounts (e.g. leverage, profile etc.) into the Company’s software and MT4 platform

-          Handle all email based enquires from clients related to account opening matter and/or any amendments on their existing accounts

-          Preparation of management reports

-          Liaise with the Head of Back office, Compliance and Risk team for any queried issues

-          Other ad-hoc duties as per managements’ request
