Job Description

Our client is a Corporate Services company who are looking for a Corporate & Trust Manager to manage their new office based in Limassol. The role will involve the management and administration of client and in-house companies, Trusts and Foundations and the successful candidate will be appointed to the board of directors of client and in-house companies to take management decisions on activities.

Responsibilities:

Dealing with day to day client requests in a prompt and timely manner;

Dealing with the annual return filings of the company in whichever jurisdictions they are in;

Ensure compliance with all statutory, internal procedures and company secretarial;

Management as director/trustee of client entities;

Dealing with regulator to arrange necessary filings and documentation as required;

Be able to draft minutes and resolutions to the highest standards;

Be able to arrange for the incorporation of new companies and establishment of trusts in all jurisdictions for the business development team;

Dealing with the drafting of powers of attorneys, certificates of incumbency, loan agreements etc. whenever the need arises; 

Be able to deal with reviewing of all sorts of agreements and provide insight and summary prior to passing them on to key staff or directors for signing;

Be able to identify opportunities within the portfolio to generate new business.

Liaising with trustees, directors, clients, beneficiaries, banks and other professionals in person, by telephone or in writing (including by email).

Reviewing and preparing simple trust deeds and trust documents and processing new business generally. 

Be able to file the necessary documents whenever there is a change in officers and therefore ensuring that the registers of the company are always up to date;

Be able to complete a bank account opening form to the highest standards and ensure that it is operating accordingly;

Be able to review trust powers and instruments and ensure that are managed accordingly and terminate them when no longer required.

Ensure that the database is correctly populated and the information is accurate and correct;

Be able to understand the companies and trusts being administered and complete file reviews in a timely manner;

Be able to understand simple structures;

General administration including scanning and filing.

Requirements:

3 years experience in a corporate & trust company or financial services industry

Any degree relevant to the role will be considered an advantage

Fluent English and Russian will be considered an advantage
