On behalf of our client, a fast growing firm within the financial services industry, we are seeking for a Customer Support/Complaints Representative for the Spanish speaking markets.
- Provision of impeccable customer support via chat, phone and emails
- Resolution of product related issues and/or complaints submitted by customers
- Ongoing and direct communication with clients in support of any queries or issues
- Negotiation with customers
- Translation of complaints from Spanish to English, aiming to facilitate further handling of the case
- Investigation of complaints as and when required
- Fluency in Spanish, both verbal and written
- Experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage
- Financial markets background will be considered an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal skills
