Our client in Limassol is looking to hire a Russian speaking corporate administrator for a person of 6 months: July - December 2019. The activities of the Companies are: Holding Company, private investment company, company engaged in selling of electronic books (Copyrights).
Preparation and maintenance of corporate documents (minutes, resolutions, resignation / acceptance letters, instruments of transfers etc.)
Ensuring maintenance of corporate files and registers (hard copies and electronic versions)
Arranging for provision of documents for KYC reviews under request
Liaising with Banks (update of information, cooperation regarding investments)
Other administrative duties as and when required and assigned by directors
Fluency in Russian and English
A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience as a Corporate Administrator
Available from July - December 2019
EU-citizenship / work permit
The working hours are 8 hours a day; 40 hours a week. Usually 8:30-17:30 (including one-hour lunch break). Part-time is also an option.
