Our client is a well established CySec Regulated Financial Trading Company based in Limassol and they are looking to hire a Back Office Officer to join their KYC team.
Initial due diligence on clients' accounts
Verification and monitoring of Know Your Customer documentation
Collaboration with other departments on verification and risk tasks
Verification of accounts in accordance with internal policies and procedures
Assisting the risk department with review and monitoring of accounts
Maintaining accurate records of tasks
Computer Proficient - A must.
Basic knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
Experience in back office administration/accounting - advantage
Excellent written and verbal communication skills .
Willingness to work in a team.
Fluency in Russian and English languages
Good knowledge of PC: MS Outlook, Word, Excel
Experience in similar role is desirable
Working hours are 9:00 - 18:00 with 1 hour lunch break.
21 days paid annual leave
