Our client is an International Financial and Technology Provider based in Limassol that are looking to hire a Business Development Manager for their offices here in Cyprus.
The Business Development Manager will be responsible primarily for the recruitment & retention of the company's partners (Affiliates & IB's).
Analyze and recruit new potential partners (affiliates / IB's)
Help affiliates during their registration process
Manage and develop relationships with partners
Assist existing partners in day to day business
Attending networking/industry events
1-2 years' experience (or equivalent knowledge) of B2B business development/affiliate marketing
Understand how to recruit online affiliates (SE keyword research, traffic stats etc.)
Organized & practical
Dedicated and reliable
Experience in negotiating / sales
Excellent written and verbal English ( any additional languages will be considered an advantage)
Good numeracy skills
Advanced user of Word, Excel
Works well independently and in a team
