Job Description

Work Channel Recruitment is working closely with a growing company in the financial services industry and they are looking to recruit a Customer Support/Complaints Representative (Spanish/English speaker) to become part of a dynamic team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provision of impeccable customer support via chat, phone and emails
  • Resolution of product related issues and/or complaints submitted by customers
  • Ongoing and direct communication with clients in support of any queries or issues
  • Negotiation with customers
  • Translation of complaints from Spanish to English, aiming to facilitate further handling of the case
  • Investigation of complaints as and when required

Job Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish, both verbal and written
  • Experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage
  • Financial markets background will be considered an advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
