Our client is a well -established investment firm with over 20 years of experience in the trading industry and is one of the leading CFD and spread betting providers with headquarters in Limassol . They are currently looking to hire a Client Accounting Officer with fluency in one of the following languages: German/ French/ Italian

Job Responsibilities

  • Process all client deposits and withdrawals as per the internal procedures
  • Perform Broker to Broker transfers
  • Perform manual adjustments of transactions on the trading platform as and when required
  • Aging transactions to ensure they are retuned to source as and when the 10 day time period elapses
  • Transferring funds to client account as per Compliance approval and transferring to Charity Box (petty cash that cannot be transferred to a client)
  • Ensure that deposits, withdrawals and transactions pending are organized in order of priority, most often by time received, and process in a timely manner
  • Respond to client emails as assigned to them
  • Inform clients by email when additional information/documentation is required for processing a pending transaction
  • Applying adjustment to client accounts depending on the situation
  • Ensure sufficient familiarity and expertise with all payment methods
  • Refer to any complex issues to the department Supervisor
  • Identify potentially unusual, suspicious or fraudulent transactions and refer these to the department Supervisor, Backoffice Operations Manager or Compliance if required
  • In addition to these duties, the Employee may from time to time be required to undertake additional or other duties within his capacity as necessary to meet the needs of the Employer’s business


  • University Degree in Business Administration, Finance or any relevant field
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Experience/Knowledge of the financial markets
  • Good knowledge of the English Language as well as one of the following languages: German/ French/ Italian
  • Shift work: morning afternoon and evening shifts
