On behalf of our Firm we are seeking for a Corporate Administrator for our office located in Nicosia
Job Duties
- General Office administration tasks
- Maintainance of document management system
- Correspondence with professional services providers , local and international organisations
- Processing of Payments
- preparation of corporate documentation (Agreements, Board Minutes, Power of Attorney etc)
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Business Administration or any related field
- working experience in marketing/ corporate administration field at least 3 years
Personal Characteristics:
- strong analytical skills, attention to details and critical thinking attitude
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work individual and as a member of the team
- energetic, self-motivated, ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and handle multiple assignments efficiently
