Job description

On behalf of our Firm we are seeking for a Corporate Administrator for our office located in Nicosia 

Job Duties

  • General Office administration tasks
  • Maintainance of document management system
  • Correspondence with professional services providers , local and international organisations
  • Processing of Payments
  • preparation of corporate documentation (Agreements, Board Minutes, Power of Attorney etc)


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Business Administration or any related field
  • working experience in marketing/ corporate administration field at least 3 years

Personal Characteristics:

  • strong analytical skills, attention to details and critical thinking attitude
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work individual and as a member of the team
  • energetic, self-motivated, ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and handle multiple assignments efficiently
