Job description

Our client, an Audit firm in Limassol, part of a group of companies, is looking to hire an Administrator. This is an office based role.

Job Duties

  • Run the administration function
  • Support the CEO’s daily routine
  • Coordinate the use of conference rooms
  • Manage the purchase of consumables and other supplies
  • Handle incoming communications
  • Manage the CEO’s agenda and appointments
  • Provide support to management personnel when necessary
  • Coordinate office support personnel

Job Requirements

  • College/ University degree or other similar qualification
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Relevant experience and/or knowledge of accounting will be considered an advantage
  • Fluency in English and Greek, both written and spoken.
  • Broad knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to take initiative in presenting solutions
  • Ability to prioritize and manage several activities simultaneously
  • A contributing team player
  • Good communication, organization and interpersonal skills
  • High sense of responsibility, confidentiality and accuracy
  • Organized and responsible person with an eye for detail
  • Professional conduct and presentation
  • High sense of responsibility and accuracy

    Working hours:
    The working hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm each day; 1 hour lunch-break

Job Benefits

The company is offering a salary of 1,500 – 1,800 Euros gross
