Job description
Our client, an Audit firm in Limassol, part of a group of companies, is looking to hire an Administrator. This is an office based role.Job Duties
- Run the administration function
- Support the CEO’s daily routine
- Coordinate the use of conference rooms
- Manage the purchase of consumables and other supplies
- Handle incoming communications
- Manage the CEO’s agenda and appointments
- Provide support to management personnel when necessary
- Coordinate office support personnel
Job Requirements
- College/ University degree or other similar qualification
- Experience in a similar role
- Relevant experience and/or knowledge of accounting will be considered an advantage
- Fluency in English and Greek, both written and spoken.
- Broad knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to take initiative in presenting solutions
- Ability to prioritize and manage several activities simultaneously
- A contributing team player
- Good communication, organization and interpersonal skills
- High sense of responsibility, confidentiality and accuracy
- Organized and responsible person with an eye for detail
- Professional conduct and presentation
- High sense of responsibility and accuracy
Working hours:
The working hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm each day; 1 hour lunch-break
